K&B: Cooper Pacific Kitchens
Two hours north of Sydney, a relaxed coastal home called for a kitchen that felt as fresh and connected to nature as its surroundings. Rather than starting from scratch, Three Birds Renovations embraced a more thoughtful approach, transforming the dated space through carefully considered design.
The result reflects a growing appreciation for interiors inspired by the natural world, a philosophy that sits at the heart of the new 2026 Caesarstone® Unearthed Collection. Chosen from the collection, Sedara provides the quiet foundation that brings the entire palette together.
The home belongs to Lisa, a passionate home cook who wanted a kitchen that felt brighter, more open and welcoming for everyday living and entertaining.
Working with the home’s existing footprint, original cabinetry was revived in a soft sage green, warm copper hardware introduced richness and character, and removing a dividing wall allowed natural light to flow freely between the kitchen and dining space.
The Details That Elevate
With the foundations refreshed, it was the thoughtful detailing that elevated the kitchen.
The layout was refined to resolve inherited quirks, including an off-centre stove and range hood, before being completed with integrated appliances that create a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic. Fluted cabinetry, sculptural lighting and carefully selected copper hardware introduce warmth and texture, while the retained timber flooring anchors the palette with a sense of familiarity.
Every element, from the soft sage cabinetry and warm metallic accents to the refined Sedara surface, has been carefully considered. Together, they create a kitchen that feels layered, balanced and quietly resolved.

What was once a dark, enclosed kitchen has become a light-filled space shaped around cooking, gathering and daily life.

A beautiful complex, organic design featuring a finely mottled base in hues of soft, earthy grays and ivory, overlayed with delicate veining in deeper greys and raw umber, alongside irregular mineral deposits. Sedara is exceptionally versatile, complementing aged timbers, warm metallics and tactile elements such as natural stone, concrete, linen and rattan.
